Saturday Blues

Strange to wake up on saturday morning with a slight case of the blues? No reason. I know what the solution is, do you? Put on your walking (running) shoes and get your self out the door . Movement makes a brain happy. Seriously, I am not making that up. Brain chemicals....dopamine for instance, will rise in your brain literally forcing you out of the blahs or blues or whatever may be ailing you. Try it- if it does not lift your spirits a little ( or alot) let me know and I will give you another solution. Like quit eating all that crappy food and get over yourself? Walkers unite -your brain is depending on you.
